As a Raw Talent Career Coach, individuals typically possess post graduate qualifications, 15+ years vocational experience, extensive industry connections and a passion for early career development.
We mobilise our coaching panel to facilitate career development workshops, to provide discipline specific career coaching, to deliver simulated employment related activities or to participate in employability focused events. Through our Career Coaches, we can offer our education partners and students access to employment related insights, trends, knowledge and selection requirements, that will genuinely create an employability edge. We carefully match our Coaches to each project to ensure that they can provide difficult to access vocational and industry information aligned to each cohort’s needs.
Shannon has over 20 years’ experience in Talent Management across Professional Services, Banking, Insurance, Airlines, Automotive, Education and the IT sector with a focus on increasing human performance and potential. She holds a degree in Business with Majors in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, is an internationally accredited Executive Coach, has studied Positive Psychology with The University of Pennsylvania and is currently undertaking a Masters in Business Leadership. Shannon has held Executive Leadership roles in a variety of blue-chip companies including National Australia Bank, SEEK, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, and has experience working across Australia, Japan, China and Singapore.

Peter has over 20 years’ experience, gained in management consulting, leadership development and commercial management. His career has included work in Australia, the UK and USA with companies including Bain, Diageo and CUB. He has expertise in organisational development and strategic management, as well as working in general management, marketing and strategy roles. Peter’s recent focus has been on coaching leaders and senior executives in developing their leadership approach in order to drive performance improvement through people and culture.
